We ship from Glendale, CA Mon - Fri, Excluding weekends & holidays.

SHIPPING TRANSIT TIMES

  • Our current processing time is 1- 3 business days. Once shipped it takes approx. 3-5 business days to deliver in the USA. Most customers receive their order within a week.
  • Priority & Express orders are shipped out same or next business day and take between approx 1-3 business days to receive.
  • For custom orders please allow 2-3 additional days to ship out.
  • All items will be shipped Via USPS standard shipping unless you have upgraded your shipping at checkout.

RETURNS

An item is only eligible for return within 7 calendar days from package marked as delivered. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging

REFUNDS

Refunds are issued back to the original method of payment or with an online credit.

Refunds are processed within 10-15 business days of receiving your return. We will send you an email confirmation when your return has been received and the refund has been issued.

We do not accept exchanges. If you would like to exchange a item for a different color, size, style please place a new order for that item and send back the original order for a refund within 7 calendar days of receipt.

LOST, STOLEN AND DAMAGED ITEMS Chic Crystals is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items and recommend you send it back using an insured courier. We highly recommend you make sure you are provided with a tracking number or delivery confirmation and keep this for your records and possible for our reference.
